If you purchased your item(s) online or by phone, please contact our 'Customer Care' at 604-898-9336 or to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

Returned items need to be 100% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Return Shipping charges for non-defective merchandise are not refundable.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Our apologies, but all items purchased physically from our Gift Shop in Squamish, BC must be returned to the gift shop. Conversely, all items purchased online or by phone may be returned by contacting our Customer Care team.

If you purchased your item(s) at the Gift Shop:

You can return your item(s) at the gift shop with a receipt within 30 days.
Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).

If you purchased your item(s) at the Gift Shop to be delivered to your home and paid with Cash, Credit Card or Debit:

You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 30 days, OR return the item post-paid for a refund.
